Srinagar, Mar 14 (KNO): Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen, President of the Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Democratic Front (PDF) and former minister, has extended warm greetings to the people on the joyous occasion of Holi. In a statement issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Hakeem Muhammad Yaseen said that Holi, the festival of colors, symbolizes the spirit of unity, harmony, and brotherhood. He emphasized that this vibrant festival is an opportunity to strengthen the bonds of love and togetherness among people of different communities. "Holi is a celebration of joy, happiness, and the victory of good over evil. It reminds us of our rich cultural heritage and the need to uphold the values of peace, amity, and mutual respect,” he said. Hakeem extended his heartfelt wishes to the people of Jammu and Kashmir and the entire nation on this festive occasion. May this festival bring prosperity, happiness, and well-being to all," he added.
